Essential Functions
The Jain lab has opportunities for qualified scientists to engage in basic and translational research investigating the organization and interactions between the kidney, lower urinary tract and the nervous system. The laboratory is developing methods for tissue processing such that small amount of sample can be used in multiple single cell OMICS and imaging technologies to build molecular atlases of healthy and disease states. The focus is both humans and mouse models. Bioinformatics tools include the use of R software package.

Required Qualifications
Individuals with a Ph.D. or M.D. or an equivalent degree and experience in the above technologies or topics are being considered for the opportunities.
Salary Range
Base pay commensurate with experience.

This position works in a laboratory environment with potential exposure to biological and chemical hazards. The individual must be physically able to wear protective equipment and to provide standard care to research animals.
