The Regional Director of Talent Acquisition develops effective strategies, processes, procedures and programs to deliver high quality talent to meet hiring goals.This individual will support our System Office & Solutions team.
Leads and oversees delivery of end to end recruitment operations and performance. Redefines and designs processes. Helps inflence and drive change.
Leads and develops team of 15 recruiters and 2 managers. Holds accountable to metrics, drives technology and increases performance.
Participates in workforce planning initiatives, updates staffing forecasts and monitors the proactive delivery of market recruitment strategies based on business hiring priorities.
Meets regional recruiting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing vacancies.
Meets with System Office & Solutions Leaders to determine recruitment team effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree or equivalent preferred
Five (5) years of recruitment operations experience is required, ten (10) years of experience is preferred.
Two (2) years of leadership/management experience is required, five (5) years of leadership/management experience is preferred.
