Job Description

Job Summary:

The Regional Director of Talent Acquisition develops effective strategies, processes, procedures and programs to deliver high quality talent to meet hiring goals.This individual will support our System Office & Solutions team.


  • Leads and oversees delivery of end to end recruitment operations and performance. Redefines and designs processes. Helps inflence and drive change.

  • Leads and develops team of 15 recruiters and 2 managers. Holds accountable to metrics, drives technology and increases performance.

  • Participates in workforce planning initiatives, updates staffing forecasts and monitors the proactive delivery of market recruitment strategies based on business hiring priorities.

  • Meets regional recruiting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures and analyzing vacancies.

  • Meets with System Office & Solutions Leaders to determine recruitment team effectiveness.



  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Master's Degree or equivalent preferred

Work Experience:

  • Five (5) years of recruitment operations experience is required, ten (10) years of experience is preferred.

  • Two (2) years of leadership/management experience is required, five (5) years of leadership/management experience is preferred.
