Express Scripts Director - Adjudication Services and Government Standards (BPO) in St. Louis, Missouri

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director – Adjudication Services & Government Standards (BPO) is the point-of-contact and responsible for managing network support of government programs and pharmacy telecommunication standards. Government Programs support includes Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, and Health Care Reform initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for monitoring, championing and internally implementing changes to the telecommunication standards when applicable, including impacts to Adjudication Services and the Pharmacy Contract System.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Manage network support of pharmacy telecommunications standards, including monitoring, championing, and internally implementing changes to the standards or external code lists

· Manage network support of Government Programs, including the point-of-contact for Medicare, Medicaid, Worker’s Compensation, and Health Care Reform initiatives for Supply Chain

· Attend NCPDP quarterly workgroup meetings and participate in pertinent task groups. Represent ESI’s goals and initiatives in these meetings, be a visible representative of the company, coordinate across the Organization ESI’s involvement at NCPDP

· Manage the Tpharm relationship for Supply Chain, a Direct Report will manage the day-to-day work and report to this position

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Health Care Management
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Health Care Management; commensurate experience accepted
  • 10 years experience, PBM-specific
  • Proven project management skills
  • Proven training/documentation skills
  • Proven collaborative facilitation and communication skills
  • Proven technical and detail oriented skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
