Serves as the Administrative Executive for Clinical Services and the Service Lines to develop and enforce policies and procedures, to operationalize budgetary decisions for areas of responsibility and participate in strategic planning for the Hospital. Clinical Services includes Operating Rooms, Pain Center, Wound Care, Trauma Program, Pharmacy, Endoscopy and Supply Chain. Primary functions of the role are 1 serve as a co-chair in the management and leadership of the Service Line; 2 work directly with Department and Medical Directors and others to position the Service Line as a regional center of excellence; 3 work directly with Department Directors to provide leadership and guidance in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, staffing, and evaluating each Department; 4 oversee the implementation of the Hospital's philosophy, goals, and objectives; 5 establish standards for clinical and management competency and, 6 represent the areas of responsibility in the strategic planning process. Performs related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS: Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Company . That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications: * Masters Degree in Business or Health Related Field * Three to five years of previous experience in a leadership and management role at the Director or VP level * Prefer Clinical leadership experience * Capable of working cooperatively with other executive officers, physicians, and staff members.
