Your role at PFH:

As an Office Assistant/ Clerical Support, you will be responsible for providing clerical duties as defined by the Office Manager or Regional Director in the region in which you work. You will:

  • Type, file and copy documents and forms.

  • Perform data entry and complete assigned paperwork.

  • Assist the Office Manager or Regional Director as requested.

  • File needed documents as requested.

  • Serve as Receptionist based on local needs of office which would include the following additional duties:

  • Ensure visitor and/or staff sign in records are maintained.

  • Answer multi-line phone system, appropriately directing calls.

We think you'd be great for this role if you have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Associates Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

  • One year of clerical experience in related field preferred.
