Responsible for the management and coordination of patient scheduling and billing for outpatient therapy services. Responsible for input of statistical information for outcome management in therapy services. Manages the patient experience within outpatient therapy service in coordination with the physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist and the referring physician. Responsible for marketing and communicating therapy services to case managers,physicians, employers, and insurance companies. Responsible for MTS, Lawson, Epic Templates and Epic provider schedules, along with integrating therapy competency for staff. Responsible for the logistics and supply chain management of therapy supplies. Collects and reviews data for statistical purposes of therapist schedules, revenue and referral patterns. Responsible for monitoring productivity and man hours within budgeted standards for therapy unit. Responsible for monitoring and compliance with Medicare Functional Outcome reporting. Serves as resource to Administrative Director for therapy services and therapy managers and actively participate in lean management principles for therapy services. Assist the Therapy Manager in direct oversight of daily operations for the outpatient therapy departments.
