The role of the Health Screening Specialist is on-site Health Risk Assessments as a member of the HRA team. Knowledge and skilled technique while performing blood pressure, pulse, body composition and phlebotomy. Complete phlebotomy certification within 4 weeks. Participates in processing of HRA, screening, or class paperwork. Ability to complete training and perform a variety of Health Screening procedures including Urine Drug Screens, Hearing Testing, Vision Testing, Pulmonary Function Testing, EKG's, and Respirator Fit Testing. Promote additional wellness services while on-site with a detailed knowledge of services and products offered by Corporate Health and Wellness. Allow for flexible hours including early mornings, on-site travel to out of town locations, and accommodating multiple shifts and locations for contracted companies.QUALIFICATIONS: Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Company . That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications: * Associates Degree in Health related field or Certified Medical Assistant. Job experience may be substituted for educational requirements. * AHA Basic Life Support certification with in 90 day probationary period. * Previous medical testing and/or phlebotomy experience.
