We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking candidate for our Director of Clinical Support and Retention opening to support our growing Outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a positive energy and be excited about helping to create and maintain a culture of inclusion, innovation, and connection among the Outpatient team.
Serve as a support to our clinical team by assisting with orientation, coordination of training opportunities, and as a liaison to other departments within Burrell
Assist the OP department by continuing to further the initiative of improving access to care through support of our providers and scheduling teams
Provide on-going clinical and administrative support to Outpatient providers
Assist the HR team with recruiting efforts
Professionally licensed (PLPC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW) in good standing in the state of Missouri.
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Education or a closely related field.
Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in a mental health setting.
