The CT Tech performs computed tomography examinations and assesses for vein/site selection and initiates venipuncture per established standards
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.
3-5 years CT experience in level 1 trauma facility preferred. Experience with CT equipment 4 to 256 slice.
Excellent knowledge cross-sectional CT anatomy, customer focused, able to work independently or in a team.
Able to work at a fast pace for extended periods.

2) Observes establishes departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program safety, environmental and infection control standards.

C) Offer comfort measures, i.e., beverages, blankets, magazines, etc. to waiting customers when appropriate.
