Job Description:
Cerner is looking for a strong Support Technician to join our Associate Support Team! In the Support Technician role, you will be tasked with providing world class hardware advance exchange services for our clients. You will provide day-to-day technical support for end user hardware and software needs. You will troubleshoot as well as repair hardware devices, re-image Cerner devices, and provide logistical services for our clients. You will process defective devices and hardware and prepare them for return to manufacturers. As a Support Technician you will get the opportunity to work with clients on Advance Exchange device issues as well as provide local client on-site services. You will prioritize and escalate issues and requests, fulfill technical requests from end users or route, and use knowledge transfer forums to identify and resolve issues. Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 4-year equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of office support, call center or phone support work experience
At least 1 year of Operating systems support work experience
