Job Description:

THERAPEUTIC SPECIALIST - YOUTH RESIDENTIAL

What you’ll get to do:

  • Provide direct care and supervision to youth residents with persistent mental illnesses.

  • Provide youth residents with therapeutic activities while ensuring their safety.

  • Participate as an active member of the treatment team by facilitating interactions that will ensure the home is a safe haven for therapeutic transformation, while continuously assessing and positively supporting the young person’s perception of safety, feelings of significance, feelings of being respected and related to others, as well as providing direct and indirect supervision of all assigned young people in the home.

    Education and Experience:

  • Direct care experience with youth (preferred)

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must be 21 years of age

    Where you’ll be working: You’ll be working in a secured, secluded youth residential treatment facility.

Wage: $12.50/hr - THERAPEUTIC SPECIALIST - YOUTH RESIDENTIAL
