Job Description:

As a Senior Physician Alignment Executive you drive physician strategy impacting clinical outcomes for Cerner clients. You lead accountability and strategy for clinical and C-suite relationships within client base and overall health care industry; influence strategic clinical discussions with client promoting the alignment and adoption of technology; and communicate and advise on key findings, conclusions, and recommendations from outcome assessments. You also identify and develop clinical and business process improvement opportunities; and lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to execute clinical vision, objectives, and strategy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

  • At least 6 years’ health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years’ project management or software implementation work experience

  • At least 7 years’ clinical or health care work experience


  • Willing to travel up to 100% as needed

  • Must currently reside in the Kansas City Metropolitan are or must currently reside in a pre-approved virtual location (KC preferred)
