Cerner is looking for a Health Plan Risk Adjustment & Revenue Management expert to join our Population Health organization! As a Lead Solution Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the market and product strategies to support maximizing risk adjustment revenue opportunities, and minimize health plan risk. You will serve as an industry leader regarding current competitive landscape and regulatory and accrediting guidelines. This is an exciting job where you can leverage your Risk Adjustment Management expertise and grow within our Population Health organization!

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 7 years of solution design or product ownership work experience
At least 5 years of risk adjustment experience working for or in a support of Managed Care Organizations; Medicare Advantage or ACA markets
At least 7 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience

Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
