Cerner Managing Physician in Missouri
Cerner’s onsite Healthe Clinic is hiring an experienced physician leader. As the Managing Physician you will provide day-to-day oversight of the physician group and work with other clinic leaders to create and implement policies which support our medical home practice and technology adoption goals. You will also have an opportunity to create and execute programs targeting at risk populations and serve as the clinical expert for our group. Administrative responsibilities include completion of monthly one-on-ones and annual performance reviews for direct reports, facilitating monthly physician meetings and assisting members of the Clinic leadership team in resolution of various issues.
This position will work part time, 30 hours per week.

Doctorate Degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
Board Certified Physician with the American Board of Family Medicine
At least 5 years of patient care experience in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health, Emergency Medicine, Primary Care or Urgent Care or relevant care setting
At least 3 years of physician management experience in Family Medicine and/or Ambulatory practice
Experience executing processes and programs to improve the health of a population
Experience using technology to drive scalability and outcomes in health and care
Experience managing collaborative, high functioning teams
Ability to travel to each of the four Kansas City based Clinics
All licensure is current and in good standing
Must live in or near the Kansas City, Missouri area
