We're looking for a Senior Operations Specialist on the IT Service Management team. The DoD/VA IT Service Management team manages asset and change actives within the Federal Enclave. The government has unique cyber security requirements for both asset management and change management. The IT Service Management team ensures those unique requirements are met while following all CernerWorks policies and procedures. Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field of study
At least 1 year working in business operations
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years working with Remedy
Experience with ITIL best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Expectations
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
