The Community Benefit Manager collaborates with departments throughout the organization to ensure the identification, tracking, reporting and documentation of Community Benefit activities. This role plays an active role in the planning and implementation of community health programs and is responsible for ensuring compliance and accountability with all Community Benefit activities and requirements.

Manages the community benefit data collection, tracking and reporting efforts and facilitates the development, communication and implementation of community benefit policies and procedures
Partners with key internal health system clinical leaders and administrators to support and strengthen community health outreach, education and prevention programs.
Facilitates planning, implementation and evaluation activities associated with the Community Health Needs Assessment and the Community Health Improvement Plan.
Master’s Degree and 3-5 years of experience working with community programs, data collection & analysis and the development of education programs
