To provide world class customer service to those calling the Children's Mercy Kansas City Specialty (Centralized) scheduling department requesting an appointment. The Scheduling Representative will perform routine scheduling of new and follow-up appointments requested by parents, patients and providers, utilizing scheduling principles and techniques for the ideal patient and provider experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3 years' experience required
Customer service, data entry, working in call center, scheduling appointments, operator switchboard, etc.
Candidate must have basic typing and good communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and handle high call volume while maintaining exceptional customer service
Skillful use of computer and software
