Configuration Consultant
Job Description:
As a Configuration Consultant you manage and monitor incoming work requests and overall configuration strategy. You drive automation development, troubleshooting, and compliance across teams; provide consultation related to domain knowledge, implementation approach, and workflow design; and assist with complex system configurations and testing as necessary. You manage issue resolution and escalate risks as appropriate; analyze data to determine configuration readiness; consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. You also identify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficiencies; work with AMS Engagement Owners and support analysts to resolve complex issue resolution and escalation management issues; manage billing and charge services related configuration changes; and collaborate with project teams to determine process, methodology updates, and resulting project impacts.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 3 years of application configuration work experience
At least 2 years of Cerner Charge Services Configuration or Support Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Care or Technology
At least 2 years of Revenue Cycle application work experience
Expectations
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area
