Job DescriptionBishop Spencer Place, Kansas City's premier not-for-profit life plan community, has an opportunity for a PRN Caregiver to serve our residents on a private duty basis.This position are located in our Windsor Care department. The opening is for PRN with a potential to become full-time. There are a variety of assignments and shifts to choose from based on the variable needs our residents, however, the greatest need is currently night shift. The incumbent will need to work some weekends or holidays.Bishop Spencer Place provides a very warm and friendly work environment. This is a great position for a Home Health Aide, Homemaker, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or other healthcare professional looking for a private duty assignment without the need to travel between client visits.Some sample duties performed by the Caregiver include:Assisting residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, personal hygiene, etc.)Helping residents with mobility and transport needsAccompanying residents to events, activities, meals, and appointmentsPreparing and serving mealsLight housekeepingWashing laundry and changing bed linensProviding companionshipOther related activitiesJob RequirementsApplicable Experience:Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red CrossNoneJob Details Part timeNight (United States of America)"The best place to get care.
