It is located on a picturesque, 96 acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity, beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process.For more than 120 years we've cared for the emotional health of Kansas City's children and families. Today we offer one of the area's most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Luke's Health System.We are currently seeking a part time night shift Behavioral Health Tech. Schedule is Friday and Saturday, 11:30 pm - 8 am.iObserves reports and records patient behaviors under the supervision of RN.iImplements the behavioral interventions described in the treatment plan.iConducts educational and treatment focused groups with patients as appropriate with training and supervision.iMay be trained as CMT to administer meds to long term residential population.Required:i High school diploma or equivalenti 1 - 3 years of related experience, preferably working with at risk youth. (Bachelor's degree in a related field will substitute for experience)i Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and must be able to pass MANDT (de-escalation/restraint training)i MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO APPLYi Basic Life Support (will train)Job RequirementsApplicable Experience:Less than 1 yearBasic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Mandt Certified - VariousJob Details Full timeDay (United States of America)"The best place to get care.
