CTG has a new opportunity available with a healthcare client! CTG is seeking an EPIC Willow Support Analyst for a remote opportunity. Apply with CTG for this exciting opportunity!! Provide Epic application support work tickets, service/change request, routine maintenance, possible while client focuses on important initiatives. Position is remote. No On-call. - Friday 8a-5p ET, No after hours on call.

Job Title:Willow Support Analyst
Users and Security (SER, ECL, EMP) Updates
Issue resolution - must document fully in ticketing system
Interface error log
Billing error workqueues
Documented Willow processes (e.g. ERX build checklist, NDC build, dispensing workflows by pharmacy, Orderset restricted meds)
Data Courier Moves to TST and SUP
Data Courier Moves to PRD
Peer Review / Build Testing Prior to Data Courier Move(s)
HCPCS / JCODE updates
LPF lists (not owned by ASAP, Ambulatory, Optime, Anesthesia)
ED Boarder Workflow
Care Areas (dispensing KB)
Reporting Workbench Report (HRX) Creation
Reporting Workbench Report (HRX) Maintenance
The build is similar to other implementations. There is a mix of charge on dispense and charge on administration which has been a challenge when resolving charging errors. Where possible, the hospitals carry the same products when the medication is a part of an order set. There is a formal process that must be followed if any hospital wants to change build that affects the other hospitals
