Summary:

· TheSupply Technicianwill operate

warehouse and storage at Equipment Storage Branch of Equipment Concentration

Sites (ECS).

Essential Duties

and Responsibilities:(Reasonable accommodations may be made to

enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this

position)

· Maintain automated

records using Fleet Level Management System (FLMS), or other United States Army

Reserve Command (USARC) directed system as the system of record for storage

branch inventory and operations and to produce inventory records, inventory

reports, and other storage reports.

· Inspect equipment

returning to the storage branch for cleanliness, and should

not accept equipment that is not free from debris,

trash and dirt/mud.

· Ensure arms are protected,

and store them only in secure facilities equipped with approved locking devices,

and intrusion detection systems.

· Perform monthly

sensitive item inventories, to include serial number inventories of arms.

· All equipment

received back from a temporary loan shall be inspected for damage and visible

serviceability issues. Damaged equipment will not be accepted without a work

order from the borrowing unit.

· Verify all

equipment that is issued is properly hand receipted.

· Package or prepare

equipment for shipments; determine method of shipment, request

shipment, and complete all documents required for

shipment.

· Responsible for

inventory management of decentralized and decontrolled items, including

supplies, and equipment.

Minimum

Qualifications:(To

perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

essential duty satisfactorily.)

· High School

diploma required.

· Minimum

of two (2) years in material handling, stocking, issues, inventory, packaging

and preservation and material shipping, receiving and coordination.

· Minimim

of one (1) year hands-on experience with Personal Computers (PCs) and PC based

Word-processors, database Management Systems and Spreadsheet software programs.

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities:
