Position Title: CoordinatorPosition Number: 359217Location: Centennial, CO 80112Position Type: TemporaryRequired Skill Set:Administrative, Documentation, InsurancePosition Description:**Only U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. can beconsidered as W2 candidates.**Title: CoordinatorAnticipated Start Date: 03/08/2021Anticipated End Date: 09/30/2021Location: Centennial, Colorado, USA 80112Description: Responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating a recordinformation system appropriate for evaluation of patient care utilizationservi Implements systems approach in order to streamline workflow resulting inmore effective record information control. Coordinates and integrates into the patient information system allrecords, indexes, and reports that relate to the professional care of thepatient and administrative management. Assists the medical staff in the use of the selected terminology andclassification systems so that the information can be retrieved in anexpedient fashion. Acts as contact for all legal matters with insurance companies andattorneys. Processes change of status and adjust records accordingly. Archives discharged records and maintains archive area. Copies required documentation for CHHA, other offices, etc. andforwards to appropriate person for mailing. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Experience Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma. Minimum one year of related experience. Medical terminology and technology preferred.
