MERS/MO Goodwill Industries Coordinator - Brain Injury Employment Services in Brentwood, Missouri

MERS Goodwill is looking for an experienced, passionate, and high energy individual to help us coordinate and supervise our department of Brain Injury employment services at Lippman Career Center. The position is full-time weekdays, has excellent benefits, and will use established best practices from our St. Louis programs to expand services to this location.

Primary Duties Include

  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources and provide ongoing communication regarding case activities

  • Ability to supervise staff effectively and develop relationships with staff

  • Maintaining documentation for consumer files and maintaining confidentiality according to Agency guidelines.

  • Attention to detail, organization and schedule flow of coaches and ensure coverage for client support.

  • Local travel and independent transportation required.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Social Work or related field and 2 years of relevant work experience required.

  • Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and independent transportation required.

  • Also requires supervisory and leadership abilities; ability to observe and work well with people.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
